Refunds & Cancellations
We are happy to credit or exchange any goods within 14 days of delivery, provided that we receive the goods in original condition. Still with Tags on and in resalable condition.
Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the customer.
Should you receive a faulty or damaged product, please email us with your specific problem and we’ll get back to you promptly.
Please fill in the form that came with your boots with reason for the return. We will action this as soon as boots are returned.
Cancellation of Order.
To cancel an online order placed, you must contact us within 24 hours.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation, as long as it has not been dispatched.
When contacting us to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.
If your order has not been dispatched, you will receive a full refund.
Please note that, if the item has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
